Hanover Education Foundation's Run for Health 5K

🏃‍♂️ THE HANOVER EDUCATION FOUNDATION 5K AND ONE-MILE FUN-WALK

🕒 TIME

• Check-In: Check in starts at 7:00 am for pre-registrants.
• 5K Start: 8:30 am is the official 5K race start time.
• Fun Walk Start: The Fun Walk begins at 8:15 am.

📍 PLACE

• Location: Race begins at Whippany Park High School.
• Address: 165 Whippany Road, Whippany, NJ 07981.
• Parking: Available in the parking lots at Whippany Park High School and surrounding streets.
• Extras: Refreshments and music will be provided before and after the race.

🏁 5K COURSE

• Distance: The 5K Run for Health is a sanctioned USATF course (3.1 miles).
• Route: The race will pass through the neighboring areas.
• Support: There will be water stations and timers along the route.

💰 5K FEE

• Pre-Registration Fee: $35.00 single adult or $25.00 child.
• Registration Deadline: Online registration closes at Midnight, April 30th for pre-registration rate.
• Race Day Fee: $40.00 (CASH) single and $30.00 (CASH) child.
• T-Shirt: Available while supplies last. Same day registration closes at 8:00 a.m.

🚶‍♀️ ONE-MILE FUN-WALK

• Details: A One-Mile Fun-Walk has been added to the mix of activities.
• Start/End: Walkers will begin and end at the 5K Race finish line.
• Fun-Walk Start: The Fun-Walk will begin promptly at 8:15 AM.

💵 ONE-MILE FUN-WALK FEE

• Pre-Registration Fee: $25.00 single adult or $15.00 child.
• Same-Day Registration: $30.00 single adult or $20.00 child.

👕 TEE-SHIRT GUARANTEE

• Guarantee: Register for either the 5K of the One-Mile Fun-Walk by April 30th to guarantee a tee-shirt.
• Availability: T-shirt requests for registrations received from April 30th to Race Day are subject to availability.

📅 EARLY PICK-UP

• Pre-Race Pickup: T-Shirt and BIB pickup will be available on MAY 9th.
• Time: Between 6 pm and 7 pm.
• Location: Whippany Chiropractic office, 133 Whippany Rd, Whippany, NJ 07981.

🏆 AWARDS

• Trophies: For the Top three M/F overall.
• Medals: Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals to the top three M/F finishers in 18 age categories.
• Age Groups: 10 and under, and 5-year age groups from 10 thru 90+.

🏅 COURSE RECORD

• Record Time: 17:13.3 by James Troiano - Age 17.
• Year Set: Record was set in 2019.
