Making Strides for Mental Health
Green Country Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) will be hosting, Making Strides for Mental Health, on May 2, 2026 at the Depot Green in Depot District in Downtown Muskogee. Please join us for the 5k or 1 mile Fun Run/Walk that will start at 8:00 am. Our hope for this event is to bring together GCBHS employees, clients, and supporters as we make strides to improve mental health in our community. Whether you are a first timer or a seasoned runner, you will feel welcome at this event.

- Purpose: Increase awareness of the importance of mental health and wellness.
- Celebration: Celebrate recovery from mental illness.
- Impact: Proceeds support outreach and services regarding mental health in the community.
Run Details Registration Fees
- 5k Fee: $30
- Fun Run Fee: $20
- T-Shirts: Must register by April 16th for a guaranteed shirt in your size.
- Awards: Medals to the top 3 in every 5 year age group up to 80 and over, and trophies to the Top 3 Overall Males and Females.
Race Timing: Chip timed race by I:40 Race Service.
