Our 5k run is known as 'the WORLD'S EASIEST 5k', meaning you have to finish in the middle to win!
- Awards Categories:
- Average Joe & Average Jane: Male and female middle finishers will receive an exclusive Average Joe Run Champion Jersey.
- Overall Winners: Awards are handed out to the top 3 finishers for male and female.
- Age Group Winners: Awards are given to the top 2 and Average Joe & Average Jane finishers of their age group.

- Participant Guidelines: We ask runners to start at the front and walkers towards the middle/back for safety.
- Dog Policy: We love dogs, but they are not permitted at the AJR 5k events for the safety of our participants.

- Strollers: Permitted at our events.
- Food: DONUTS, DONUTS, and more DONUTS are available for your enjoyment throughout the event.
- Water Station: A water station will be provided at the mid-point of the 5k course.
- Refreshments: Coffee and water are available during the event.
