• Purpose: Please join the ELIH Foundation for our 9th Annual 5K Family Walk/Run to support your community hospital’s Behavioral Health Services.
• Impact: Each year, funds raised provide critically needed financial support to Stony Brook Eastern Long Island Hospital’s Behavioral Health Center of Excellence.
• Mission: Behavioral Health Services meet the complex challenges of each individual’s needs.
• Why: A great way to raise awareness and funds at Indian Island County Park.

🕒 Check-In and Start Times:

• Check In: 8:15 AM
• 5K Start Time: 9 AM
• Kids 1/2 Mile Fun Run Start Time: 8:30 AM

🏆 5K Awards:

• Top Finishers: Top 3 overall Male and Female
• Age Groups: Top 3 Male and 3 Female finishers in each age group from 12 and under to 70+
