The Frozen Stick is a stand alone event and also the FINALIE to the Stick Season Trail Run Series.

• Series Registration: Register for the series and you are registered for this as well, or just run this one.

🌲 Event Details

• Location: The Frozen Stick starts at LaSalle Middle School.
• Route: Heads up and through beautiful Bluffview, Rock Hollow and Zombie Trails.
• Experience: Passing the aid and cheering stations twice to return to the warm racers village indoor at the school for podiums, awards, finisher medals, music, snacks and swag!

• Included Items: All participants receive a Rockinator Racing Neck Buff, Drinks, Snacks, Chip timed, Number bib, a fully marked course, results, free downloadable photos.
