🏃‍♂️ Welcome to SLA AnyWay 5k 2025

Welcome to the third annual SLA AnyWay 5k! Started as a virtual race in 2021 by SLA alumni Ethan Chen, the AnyWay 5k was a way to help spread his passion for running with the SLA community. We are continuing his legacy by holding an in-person 5k in addition to the virtual event!

🌍 Who Can Join

No matter if you are part of or outside of the SLA community, everyone is welcome to join in on our race.

• Registrations: All registrations, donations, and profits made from this race will directly be given to SLA Home and School to support the SLA community and this race.

🕒 Virtual Race Tracking

You can use any kind of tracking device for the virtual race. Apps like Strava and Runkeeper work well.

👕 T-shirt and Pickup Information

• Deadline: The deadline for ordering shirts is April 1st.
• Pickup Date: The pickup date for shirts is Tuesday April 19th and Friday April 22nd, 3:15 - 4:30 pm, at 1482 Green St. (SLA@CC).

🏁 Event Details

This year's race will consist of an in-person event and a virtual event.

• Virtual Race: The SLA Anyway 5k virtual race can take place anywhere and any time from April 17th-April 23rd.
• In-Person Event: The in-person event will take place on April 23rd along the Schuylkill river trail.
• Check In: Arrive at 10:00 AM for check-in, with the goal to start the race between 10:30 and 10:45 AM.
• Practice Runs: 10:30 AM group runs/practices at 1 Boathouse Row (Lloyd Hall) on Sundays 4/3, 4/10, and 4/17.

• Free Entry (Virtual): Includes entry into the SLA AnyWay 5k virtual event and a finisher medal. Choosing this option lets us know that you will not be attending the in-person event.
• Free Entry (In-Person): Includes entry into the SLA AnyWay 5k in-person event and a finisher medal.
• T-shirt and Medal Entry (In-Person): Includes entry into the SLA AnyWay 5k in-person event, a finisher medal, and an SLA Anyway 5k T-shirt.
• T-shirt and Medal Entry (Virtual): Includes entry into the SLA AnyWay 5k virtual event, a finisher medal, an SLA Anyway 5k T-shirt, and lets us know that you will not be attending the in-person event.

📅 Event Date
