Haunted Trail Run 5k/10k/Half Marathon

👻 Race Course

• October Event: End the season with a Haunted Trail-themed trail run this OCTOBER.
• Grand Prize: The Winner of this series will WIN tickets to fly to Nepal to participate in an ITRA and UTMB Index race—options to choose from 30K, 55K or 80K.
• Cultural Experience: Winners will get to experience a new culture and run the Himalayan trails of Nepal.
• Significance: This is the last race of the season and may hold a significant role in someone being in 1st place or falling behind.

🏃‍♂️ Race Information

• Start Time: The race starts at 9:00 AM.
• BIB Pickup: BIB pickup starts 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts.
• Registration: All runners must register on RunSignup.
• Inclusivity: Runners and walkers are welcome.

🎖️ Awards and Medals

• Series Awards: All runners will receive series points towards yearly series awards.
• Travel Opportunities: Plus TRAVEL opportunities for the series winners, male, and female.
• Finisher Medal: All finishers will receive one of our series finisher medals.
• Finisher T-Shirt: Custom Design Haunted Trail Run Finisher's T-shirts.

🎭 Costume Guidelines

• Costume Encouragement: It is not required to wear a costume, but it is encouraged.
• Best Costume Award: We give out the best costume awards at every live race.
• Medical Staff: Registered Nurse on site to take care of any non-emergency medical needs.
• Vital Checks: You are welcome to stop by and check your VITALS before the race.

⏳ Course Time Limit

• 5K and 10K: 3 hours
• Half Marathon: 5 hours

📜 Race Rules

• Entry Fees: Entry fees are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
• Cancellation Rights: We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances.
• Dog Policy: No dogs on the course.
• Walkers: Walkers are always welcome.

🏆 ATRS Rules Regulations

• Series Enrollment: The ATR Live Race Series runs yearly from March 1 to October 31.
• Point System: Points will be awarded in each age category, male and female, for each qualifying race.
• Awards: Only the top 3 participants with the most points for each age category, male and female, at the end of the series, will receive a series award.
• Awards Mailing: Awards will be mailed out on December 1st.
