Whether you’re running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, the EDEN 5K/10K is more than a race—it’s a movement. The Run for Freedom helps raise funds and awareness to support anti-trafficking organizations. Your participation fuels change, provides resources, and empowers those on the frontlines to continue to bring hope to survivors.

📅 Tentative Schedule of the Day

• 6:00-7:00 a.m.: Vendor set-up
• 7:00-8:30 a.m.: Registration/packet pick up
• 8:15 a.m.: Warm Up
• 8:30 a.m.: Speakers
• 9:00 a.m.: 5K/10K Run/Walk
• 11:00-11:30 a.m.: Post race speaker program
• 7 a.m.-12:30 p.m.: Vendor Expo & Entertainment

🏞️ Scenic Lakeside 5K Course

Our 5K course takes you along a beautiful lakeside road at Bonelli Regional Park, with views of sparkling Puddingstone Lake and rolling hills all around. The route features a mix of flat stretches and a few gentle inclines to keep things fun and challenging.

• Surroundings: You'll be surrounded by mountain backdrops, lush greenery, and open skies—perfect for an energizing morning on the move.
• Popular Location: Bonelli Park is a favorite spot for local runners, cyclists, and nature lovers.
• Varied Terrain: Whether you’re walking, jogging, or aiming for a personal record, this course offers lake views, shady sections, rolling terrain, and plenty of inspiration.

⛰️ Scenic Lakeside 10K Course

Our 10K course begins on the same scenic lakeside road as the 5K, letting you take in the sparkling waters of Puddingstone Lake and the mountain views that make Bonelli Park so special.

• Halfway Point: At the halfway point, the course branches off to bring you onto park trails and rolling hills, adding more adventure and challenge.
• Course Details: You’ll experience a blend of paved paths, natural terrain, and inclines that keep things exciting while still being very runnable.
• Rewarding Experience: With the combination of lake views, shaded sections, open trails, and mountain backdrops, the 10K is a rewarding course for both seasoned runners and those looking to push themselves a bit further.
