The Run for Freedom helps raise funds and awareness to support anti-trafficking organizations. Your participation fuels change, provides resources, and empowers those on the frontlines to continue to bring hope to survivors.

🗓️ Tentative Schedule of the Day

• 6:00-7:00 a.m.: Vendor set-up
• 7:00-8:30 a.m.: Registration/packet pick up
• 8:15 a.m.: Warm Up
• 9:00 a.m.: 5K/10K Run/Walk

🌅 Scenic Lakeside 5K Course

Our 5K course takes you along a beautiful lakeside road at Bonelli Regional Park, with views of sparkling Puddingstone Lake and rolling hills all around. The route features a mix of flat stretches and a few gentle inclines to keep things fun and challenging.

• Surroundings: Enjoy mountain backdrops, lush greenery, and open skies—perfect for an energizing morning on the move.
• Community: Bonelli Park is a favorite spot for local runners, cyclists, and nature lovers, ensuring a welcoming race-day atmosphere.
• Course Variety: Ideal for walkers, joggers, or those aiming for a personal record, offering lake views and shady sections.

🏞️ Scenic Lakeside 10K Course

Our 10K course begins on the same scenic lakeside road as the 5K, letting you take in the sparkling waters of Puddingstone Lake and the mountain views that make Bonelli Park so special.

• Challenge: At the halfway point, the course branches off onto park trails and rolling hills for added adventure.
• Course Features: Experience a blend of paved paths, natural terrain, and inclines that keep things exciting.
• Rewarding Experience: The combination of lake views, shaded sections, and mountain backdrops make the 10K unforgettable.
