• Location: Liberty Station, San Diego, CA
• Race Types: 5K, 10K, and Half-Marathon (13.1 miles)

• Quick Sell-Out: Run will sell out quickly and waves will close as they fill.
• All Welcome: Participants of all paces and ages (under 18 with guardian) can run or walk.
• Stress-Free Run: No equipment or setup is required: coordinators will support you
• Community: Join local run clubs for additional support in your fitness journey.

⏱️ Timing Information

• Optional Timing: Track your time via an app (Strava, RunKeeper, etc.) or request help from coordinators.
• No Chips: Timing chips will not be used to keep the run stress-free.

🎁 What You Get (Swag Bag)

• Running T-Shirt: Shipped to your registered address (US only).
• Finisher's Towel: A towel or giveaway upon completion.
• Finisher's Medal: You'll receive a medal for your achievements.
• Digital Training Pack: Includes tools to support your training for the event.

📦 Packet Pickup

• No Hassle: Swag will be shipped directly to your registered address.
• Bibs: Race bibs will be provided on race day.

📅 Race Updates

• Email Updates: Final details and course maps will be emailed the Wednesday prior to the race.
• Last-Minute Registration: Accepted until 2 weeks before the race, but shirts may arrive after the run.

🌊 Wave Times

• Wave A: 7:30 AM
• Wave B: 8:00 AM
• Wave C: 8:30 AM
• Late Arrivals: Can run upon arrival: coordinators stay for 3 hours after the first wave.

💻 Virtual Run Option

• Flexibility: Complete the virtual run at any time and place of your choice.
• Tracking: Use any tracking device to record your results.
• Submission: Send your results to info@thebestraces.com to receive your medal.
