Olde Towne's "Stride for Wellness" CARTER'S GROVE 10K & 5K

Race Overview

Join us for a 10K and a 5K run along the Carter's Grove Country Road Course. Surpass your personal best while helping Olde Towne assure access to quality health and wellness care to the residents and workforce of the greater Williamsburg community. This challenging run is on the old Carters Grove Country Road which is a paved trail. This will be a Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix event (10K), and is on a USATF-certified course (10K & 5K). Or participate in the 1 Mile Health Hike Fun Run, free for those under 10.

Early Bird Registration

• Discount: There is a $5 discount if registered by September 30, 2026, at 11:59pm.
• T-shirt: All registered runners will receive an event T-shirt, but size is only guaranteed to those who register by October 14, 2026, at 11:59pm.
• Registration Deadline: Online registrations will be closed on November 6, 2026, at 12:00pm.
• In-person Registration: Will be open on the day of the event at 7:45 am, and there will be a $5 price increase.

Packet Pick Up

• Location: Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center (5249 Olde Towne Road, Williamsburg VA 23188).
• Date: Available on November 6, 2026, from 12pm-5pm.
• Race Day Pick Up: Can be picked up the morning of race day beginning at 7:45 am.

Medals

• Categories: Medals will be given to the top 3 overall men and women in the 10K run.
• Race Walk: Top 3 men and women for the 10K race walk.
• Age Groups: Best time (men and women) in all age groups for the 10K, (14-and-under through 75-and-over).
• 5K Awards: Top 3 men and women overall in the 5K run/walk, and top girl and boy in the Health Hike.
