Olde Towne's "Stride for Wellness" CARTER'S GROVE 10K & 5K

Race Overview

Join us for a 10K and a 5K run along the Carter's Grove Country Road Course. Surpass your personal best while helping Olde Towne assure access to quality health and wellness care to the residents and workforce of the greater Williamsburg community. This challenging run is on the old Carters Grove Country Road which is a paved trail. This will be a Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix event (10K), and is on a USATF-certified course (10K & 5K).

Early Bird Registration

• Discount: There is a $5 discount if registered by September 30, 2025 at 11:59pm.
• T-shirt: All registered runners will receive an event T-shirt, but size is only guaranteed to those who register by October 11, 2025, at 11:59pm.
• Registration Deadline: Online registrations will be closed on October 31, 2025 at 3:00pm.
• In-Person Registration: Open at 7:45 am on the day of the event with a $5 price increase.

Packet Pick Up

Packet pick up will be available at Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center (5249 Olde Towne Road, Williamsburg VA 23188) on October 31, 2025 from 12pm-5pm and can also be picked up the morning of race day beginning at 7:45.

Awards

Awards will be given for the top 3 overall men and women in the 10K run, and top three for the 10K race walk, then top 3 in all age groups for the 10K, from 14-and-under through 75-and-over. Awards for the top 5 men and women overall in the 5K run/walk.
