Olde Towne's "Stride for Wellness" CARTER'S GROVE 10K & 5K

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Event: Join us for a 10K and a 5K run along the Carter's Grove Country Road Course.
• Purpose: Surpass your personal best while helping Olde Towne assure access to quality health and wellness care to the residents and workforce of the greater Williamsburg community.
• Route: This challenging run is on the old Carters Grove Country Road which is a paved trail.
• Certification: This will be a Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix event (10K), and is on a USATF-certified course (10K & 5K).

📍 Location

• Address: 101 Mount's Bay Rd, Williamsburg VA 23185 (James City County Government Complex).
• Parking: Parking available on location.

📝 Registration

• Early Bird Discount: There is a $5 discount if registered by September 30, 2026 at 11:59pm.
• T-shirts: All registered runners will receive an event T-shirt, but size is only guaranteed to those who register by October 14, 2026, at 11:59pm.
• Registration Deadline: Online registrations will be closed on November 6, 2026 at 12:00pm.
• In-Person Registration: Open on race day at 7:45 am, with a $5 price increase.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Location: Available at Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center (5249 Olde Towne Road, Williamsburg VA 23188).
• Date: On November 6, 2026 from 12pm-5pm.
• Race Day Pickup: Can also be picked up the morning of race day beginning at 7:45.

🏅 Awards

• Medals: Will be given to the top 3 overall men and women in the 10K run.
• Race Walk: Top 3 men and women for the 10K race walk.
• Age Group Awards: Best time (men and women) in all age groups for the 10K, (14-and-under through 75-and-over).
• 5K Awards: Top 3 men and women overall in the 5K run/walk, and top girl and boy in the Health Hike.
