🏃‍♀️ Women Run Walk Memphis Program

This program is open to women of all fitness levels, from Walkers to Advanced Runners. It is a good way to get started into walking/running, or if you're currently a runner, to improve your pace and learn valuable information to maximize your performance.

📅 Race Details

• WRWM Graduation 5K: Saturday, September 13 @ 8:00am
• EXPO: Monday June 23 5-7pm, Shelby Farms
• First Training Session: Monday, July 7th @ 6:30pm (get there early for announcements)
• Registration Fees: $40 April 1 - June 23, $45 June 24 - July 21

🔔 Registration Information

• Registration Closes: Midnight, July 21 or when program maximum (1,200) is reached, whichever is first
• Includes: WRWM EXPO, Monday night training sessions, WRWM technical t-shirt or tank, and participation in the Graduation 5K
• Who Can Join: Any female age 10 and above is welcome
• Training Sessions: Weekly Monday night sessions begin July 7, 6:30pm

• Following Your Program: Properly adhere to your training program
• Proper Form: Learn and maintain efficient running form
• Nutrition and Hydration: Understand fueling your body for performance

📍 Location Information

The 'Graduation' 5K will be held Saturday, September 13th, 8am at Hope Church, located at 8500 Walnut Grove Rd, Cordova, TN 38018. This race is open only to women who have registered for and completed the training program.
