The 45th Annual Swamp Rat Runs

🏃‍♀️ Event Schedule

• 7:15 am: Packet Pickup/Registration Opens
• 8:30 am: Kids Fun Run Mile
• 9:00 am: The Christopher A. Taddeo Memorial 5K Run
• Awards Ceremony: will follow at the conclusion of the race.

🌊 Course

• Scenic: Fast and flat paved routes which follow along Oneida Lake.
• Certification: The courses are USATF certified (5k: #NY17033JG).
• Water Stations: Water is provided at various spots.
• Awards: Special awards for the top male and female 5k finishers, plus the first three in the following age groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, then 10 year age groups to age 70+

🕒 Timing & Results

• Provided by: All races timing and results are provided by Leone Timing.
• Facilities: Facilities are limited, so come dressed to run.
• Race Packets: Packets can be picked up starting at 7:15 on race day at the Oneida Shores Pavilion adjacent to the start/finish line.
