• Activities: Run, jog, walk, or cheer on participants—strollers and pets included!
• Team Participation: Create or join a team for friendly competition.

• Beneficiary: Proceeds support pediatric services across Inova Health System.
• Current Focus: Funds benefit the new Pediatric Emergency Room at Inova Fairfax.
• Historical Commitment: Since 2006, the race has been dedicated to aiding Inova Children’s.
• Emergency Room Stats: Inova pediatric ER handled over 63,000 visits in 2023.

• 8:30 a.m. - 5K Race Start
• 9:30 a.m. - Awards and Prizes

💵 Registration Details

• 5K Fee: $30
• Fun Run Fee: $15
• Children 4 & Under: $10 (with shirt), Free (without shirt)
• Shirt Guarantee: Register before May 15 to be guaranteed a shirt.

📅 Packet Pickup Information

• Pre-Race Pickup: Friday, May 30 - 7:00-11:00 a.m., Inova L.J. Murphy Children's Hospital.
• Location: 3300 Gallows Road, Falls Church, VA 22042
• Saturday Pickup: May 31 - 12:00-4:00 p.m., Potomac River Running.
• Location: 11895 Grand Commons Avenue, Fairfax, VA 22030

🏅 Race Day Pickup and Awards

• Race Day Pickup: Sunday, June 1 - 6:30-8:00 a.m.
• Location: Plaza at Fairfax Corner, 4100 Monument Corner Drive, Fairfax, VA 22030
• Note: Pickup closes 30 minutes before each race.
• Awards: 5K: First place overall male and female: Fun Run: Overall winner.
