Please join us for our 2nd annual Step up 4Ukraine 5K run/walk to show solidarity and support for Ukraine!

🎉 About the Organizers

"Step Up for Ukraine" is organized by Branch 10 of the Ukrainian National Women's League of America (UNWLA), which proudly celebrated its 100th anniversary last year!

• Mission: For a century, UNWLA has been dedicated to promoting Ukrainian culture.
• Support: Advocating for humanitarian efforts and those in need.
• Impact: Contributing to ongoing support for Ukrainian civilians and frontline medics.
• Join Us: Every step you take will contribute to making a difference.

💚 Cause of the Event

100% of proceeds will go to a women's mental health program supported by UNWLA called "UA Mental Help". It's a Ukrainian charitable foundation dedicated to providing accessible psychological support to individuals affected by the ongoing war.

• Objective: Reducing stigma and ensuring quality psychological services.
• Focus: Enhancing the accessibility of services across Ukraine.
• Support: Your involvement helps provide necessary assistance.
• Appreciation: Donations of $35 or more receive a special event t-shirt!

📅 Event Details

• Start & Finish: Steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art
• Route: Along Kelly Drive, turning near the General Ulysses Grant statue
• Parking: At The Oval (in front of the museum) or nearby
• Participation & Donation: Free registration. Suggested donation: $25+

Please note: this is not a timed run. Feel free to bring Ukrainian flags or wear blue and yellow to show your support.
