2025 Joey's Wings 5K & Kids Obstacle Run

🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

The 11th annual Joey's Wings 5k & Obstacle Run will be on November 15th, 2025 at Santa Fe College!

🌟 Creating Awareness

• Impact: When you run/walk with us, you will be creating awareness and giving HOPE to the 47 children and their families that are diagnosed every day.
• Foundation: Joey's Wings Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit charity, was established in 2014 in the memory of Joey, a 10-year-old boy who loved to run, but was taken from us by childhood cancer on Nov. 26, 2014.
• Donations: 100% of all donations made will be used towards research and treatment options, parent support and advocacy.
• Proceeds: This year, proceeds will go to local pediatric cancer families.

⏰ Race Day Details

• Start Time: Race starts at 8:30am.
• Registration: Race day registration and packet pick up begins at 7:30am.
• Activities: There will be Zumba, raffles, a bouncing house, face painting, crafts, and food from local restaurants!
• Awards: The overall champion (women and men's) will each get an $80 coupon from local restaurants.

• Chip Timed: Run.
• Free Shirt: Included in your registration.
• Medal: A special designed 3D origami crane medal with ribbon of gator colors.
• Food: From local restaurants.
• Raffles: Exciting prizes to win.
• Activities: Family activities like a bouncing house, face painting, and crafts.
• Music: Enjoyable tunes during the event.

💲 Registration Fees

• Before Nov. 2: 5k Run/Walk (ages 13+): $30.
• Before Nov. 2: 5k Run/Walk (12 and under): $25.
• Before Nov. 2: 1 mile Kids Obstacle run: $25.
• Note: Registration fee for ages 13+ will increase $5 after pre-registration ends on Nov. 2nd.

📦 Packet Pick Up

Packet pick up is at 4-7pm on Nov. 14th at Fit2run, Celebration Pointe.
