🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

THIS IS NOT A 5K!!! THIS IS A 24 HOUR EVENT!

• Format: Every hour, on the hour, solo and team runners will line up for a group 5k.
• Flexibility: You have the opportunity to run by yourself, with your team mates, or not at all.
• Goal: Run as many 5k's as possible in the 24-hour period.
• Relaxed Atmosphere: There's no pressure—just a great opportunity to challenge yourself and have fun along the way!

There will be music, food, games, camping and plenty of other opportunities for memories here.

• Gather Friends: Grab your friends, pitch a tent, and prepare for a truly unique race experience.
• Participation: Whether aiming for just one 5k, running with a team, or pushing yourself to complete all 24.
• Social Challenge: This race is designed to be as flexible and social as you want it to be.

When you or your team have finally had enough, you will receive a T-shirt and a custom Flame branded wood plank that proudly displays how many 5k’s You/Your team completed in one day at 5k Fest.

🌳 Venue Details

The event is held at the unique 18 acre Kearin Family Farm in Bonney Lake, WA.

• Course Type: Some of this course is on the farm and some runs on the Fennel Creek Trail adjacent to the property.
• Terrain: Terrain is pasture, rocky soil and a decent amount of paved trail.
• Accommodations: There is plenty of room for your tent or even your RV.
