Join us to support Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Houston! Founded in 1978, the mission of RMHC Greater Houston is to offer a home away from home providing care, compassion, and hope to families with seriously ill children being treated in Texas Medical Center member institutions. The House provides a place to find rest and respite, activities, meals, and snacks for our families, at no cost.

In addition to our Houses, RMHC Greater Houston also has a CareMobile that goes to local communities to provide immunizations and well checks for school aged children.

We serve children and families at four locations:

• Holcombe House: 70 Bedrooms
• Texas Children's Hospital: 19 Bedrooms
• Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital: 20 Bedrooms
• MD Anderson Children's Cancer Hospital: 2 Bedrooms

🏅 5K and KIDS K - RUN & WALK | DECEMBER 6, 2025 | SAM HOUSTON PARK

• Event Type: USATF-certified 5K run/walk/roll
• Participants: Competitive runners, fun runners and walkers, families with children, and dogs are welcome!
• Perks: All registered participants will receive a finisher medal, event t-shirt, and other great SWAG generously donated by our sponsors.
• Beneficiary: 100% of the proceeds benefit the children and families of RMHC Greater Houston.
• Matching Funds: Up to $50,000 will be generously matched, dollar for dollar, by the Trafigura Foundation!
