• Race Distances: Choose from a speedy 1 mile, a thrilling 5K, a challenging quarter marathon, or a mighty half marathon.
• Celebration: This ain’t just about runnin'—it’s about celebrating Texas style!
• Swag: All finishers will receive a super cool Belt Buckle medal that doubles as a genuine belt buckle.
• Shirt: You’ll also score a custom Rodeo Stampede shirt that’s as comfy as a pair of old cowboy boots.

Event Highlights

Get ready to strut your stuff at our Cowboy Costume Contest! Dress up as your finest cowboy or cowgirl, and you might just lasso in the awesome costume award and a Bigfoot prize pack.

• DJ Sasquatch: He will be spinning the hottest hits to keep the crowd boot scootin' and the energy high.
• Awards: Trophies will be handed out to the fastest overall male and female in each event.
• Kids Dash: Got little cowpokes aged 10 and under? They won’t want to miss our Kids Dash!
• Bigfoot: Bigfoot will be on hand for high fives and photo ops, making sure you leave with a smile.

Costume Contest Details

• One Lucky Winner: Only one winner will be announced, so make sure your cowboy or cowgirl getup is top-notch!
• Amazing Prizes: The winner will get a free entry to a future Bigfoot race and the coveted "Rodeo Runslinger" trophy.
• Crowd Favorites: The crowd will determine the winner based on cheers.
• Creativity: We want to see your best costume, whether it’s a classic cowboy, a daring cowgirl, or another wild west legend.

• Aid Stations: Available on the course to provide water and assistance.
• Snacks: Enjoy refreshments after your race at the race rally tent.
• Live Awards: Results and awards are available immediately following your finish.
• Fun & Excitement: Our primary goal is to make your race fun, safe, and exciting.

Race Distances Offered

• Kids Dash: For little Yeti’s aged 10 and under, this is about a 50-meter dash.
• 1 Mile: Designed for all ages and experience levels.
• 5K: A chip-timed race featuring overall trophies and age group awards.
• Quarter Marathon (6.55 mi): Chip-timed, with trophies and age group awards.
• Half Marathon: A chip-timed event featuring trophies and age group awards.

Volunteering Opportunities

Additional Information

Bigfoot races proceed rain, shine, hot, or cold. Packet pickup will be offered 1.5 hours before the event start time.

Bigfoot Running Company races are typically held at parks and green belts, with mixed surfaces expected.
