Summer 2025 Advanced Youth Run training in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.

✨ Course Details

• Duration: 8 weeks long, meeting once per week at Koka Booth.
• Age Group: Geared toward kids aged 13-17 years old who have prior running experience.
• Requirements: Must be capable of running 2 miles non-stop (at any pace).
• Notes: This is an Advanced Class and not appropriate for beginner runners.

💲 Pricing Information

• Cost: $85 for the class.
• No Refunds: No refund and no class credit if you drop out of the class after registering.
• Inclusions: 8 weeks of 1 coached workout per week, a season training plan, and more.
• Discount: 20% off at Pace Yourself Run Company (some restrictions apply).

📅 Program Schedule

• Program Dates: June 5, 2025 - July 31, 2025: (no class on 7/3/25).
• Weekly Class: Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm.
• Location: Symphony Lake Greenway at Koka Booth Amphitheatre, (8001 Regency Parkway, Cary, NC 27518).
• Saturday runs: Locations vary weekly starting at 7:00am.
