• USA Triathlon Membership: A 1-day membership is required and can be purchased online during registration or in person for $14.00.

• Course: 500m lake swim: 12 mile gently rolling gravel bike*: 5 km moderate trail run.

🚴‍♀️ Duathlon

• Course: 5 km moderate trail run: 12 mile gently rolling gravel bike*: 5 km moderate trail run.

🛶 Kayak Triathlon

• Course: 1 km paddle: 12 mile gently rolling gravel bike*: 5 km moderate trail run.

🌟 Race Experience

Be part of Indiana’s ONLY Gravel Triathlon! Offering beginner-friendly distances and terrain, this course mixes the elements of a sprint triathlon, gravel cycling, and trail running! The gravel ride is relatively flat with very gentle hills. The trail run is moderate, with mostly stable surface and a few short ups and downs.

• Course layout: Most of the route is wide enough for easy passing.
• Alternative options: For those that don’t want to swim, enter the duathlon or the kayak triathlon!

🏃‍♂️ 10K Trail Run

• Bonus points: This fun course is also a bonus point chance for those running the DINO Trail Run Series!
• Earn points: A Chance for up to 10 Bonus points in the series!
• All finishers: All finishers in a bonus race will receive at least 1 bonus point.
• Top 10%: A finish in the top 10% of men or women earns 10 points.
• 80%-90%: A finish in the 80% to 90% of men's or women's rankings earns 9 points.
• Bottom 10%: The distribution continues so that the bottom 10% of men's and women's finishers each earn 1 bonus point.
