• Location: Norris Dam State Park, Norris, TN

🏞️ COURSE DESCRIPTION

• Trail Type: Single track trails and jeep roads
• Course Structure: 25k course goes one loop counterclockwise, 50k course goes two
• Aid Stations: Multiple aid stations accessible by road for spectators
• Time Limits: 25k - 4:40, 50k - 9 hours: halfway aid station requires leaving within 4 hours

🏕️ ACCOMMODATIONS

• Campgrounds: Two campgrounds available with water and electric hook-up
• Cabins: Rustic and Deluxe Cabins available at Norris Dam State Park
• Additional Lodging: Available at Exit 122 at I-75 and Andersonville Hwy 61 junction

📝 REGISTRATION AND FEES

• Pre-registration Fees: 25k - $45, 50k - $65
• Discount: $5.00 off for Knoxville Track Club members
• Late Registration: 25k - $50, 50k - $70: finishers medals not guaranteed

A deluxe finisher's medal will be awarded to those who finish both the 25k and the 50k.

📊 SPECIAL SERIES AWARDS

Points will be awarded for overall finish and volunteerism at each of the TTT Series races. Top point earners will receive TTT Series awards, with grand prizes for overall winners.

🚦 COURSE ETIQUETTE

We reserve the right to disqualify anyone who exhibits unsportsmanlike conduct or is abusive to volunteers. No headsets, earphones, bicycles, baby strollers, roller blades or pets on the course.

🌲 SAFETY

• Aid Stations: Provided but carry your own water: small cups only at aid stations
• Insect Precautions: Carry your own medication
• Training: Pre-race training off-road is recommended
• Experience: Important for a good time

⚠️ SAFETY POLICY CLARIFICATION

If a runner is under 12 years old, they will need to be accompanied by an adult to run the adult race. An 18:00/mile minimum pace will be enforced.

🙅‍♂️ DON'T TAKE A BIB IF YOU'RE NOT RUNNING

Please do not take a bib if you're not participating. This ensures the safety of all runners. Let race officials know if you drop out.
