The Shakori 40 brings the running community together for a celebration of nature, team camaraderie, and live music. We offer:

• Race Options: 40-mile ultramarathon, 40K open race for men and women, 40-mile age-graded team relay for up to 10 members, and a 4-mile open race.
• Team Format: The age-graded team relay factors in age and gender to determine the overall winning team.
• Course Type: Our cross-country style course winds through the Shakori Hills Community Art Center in Pittsboro, NC.
