2025 EQUINOX TRAIL RUN

📅 Date and Location

• Date: Saturday, June 21, 2025
• Location: Tyler State Park, PA, Richboro, PA

🏃‍♂️ Event Details

• Course Options: Both dirt trail and paved loops available
• Loop Starting Point: No.1 Lane Parking Lot, near the Art Center
• Vibe: A "Come out and Play on Trails" event with friends and family
• Format: All-day Trail Run on looped courses

🌟 Registration Information

• Cost: Free for Bucks County Road Runner members and their families: small fee for non-members
• Perks: Participants will receive an Equinox trail cap
• Food: Refreshments provided throughout the day
• Donations: Encouraged to help defer some costs

🚶‍♀️ Race Format

• Trail Details: Well-marked ~5 mile trail loop, unmarked ~5 mile paved loop (maps available)
• Duration: 11 hours to run as many or as few loops as desired
• Awards: Men’s and women’s distance achievers will be awarded based on mileage
• Atmosphere: Non-competitive fun event, enjoy the running community

🔙 History of the Event

• Origin: Created in 2008, compiling all BCRR Winter Series courses
• Challenge: Encouraged members to see how far they could run
• Endurance Test: Provides a chance to test your endurance limits on soft dirt trails
• Open Invitation: Reminiscing on original format welcome to participate
