🎯 Our Mission

• Mission: The Mathew Forbes Romer Foundation’s Mission is to promote and lead critical awareness, testing, counseling, and research initiatives that hold promise for the prevention and eventual cure of fatal children’s genetic diseases of the brain.
• Funding: MFRF has raised approximately $3 million for various projects and initiatives.
• Pillars: Research of Treatments and Cures, Education and Genetic Screening, and Nursing School Educational programs.
• Progress: Celebrating advancements in gene therapy, education, and genetic testing for affected children and families.

• Support: For those who want to support the charity but can’t attend the event.
• Shirt & Medal: These will be mailed to you!
• Honor System: It’s on the honor system to do the 5k at some point.
• Awards: This option is not eligible for awards, and you don't need to submit your time.

• Type: Shirts will be a Dry-Fit type shirt.

• Awards: M/F Overall, M/F under 10, 10-14, 15-19, and then 10 year groups through 80+

• Dates: Coming Soon!
• Location: Runner's Edge: 3195 N. Federal Hwy, Boca Raton - 561-361-1950
• Store Hours: Mon-Fri 10-6, Thur 10-7, Sat 10-5, Sun 11-4
• Race Morning: You can also pick up your items starting at 6:30-7:10 am.
