Join us for an exciting 5K/10K race, featuring a special 10K club/team competition! This family friendly event welcomes everyone: walkers, runners, back-of-the-pack participants, and speedsters alike, hosted by Cherokee Run Club

10K Run Club/Group Competition

• Crown the Best: Think your crew’s got what it takes?
• Registration: Run Clubs, Teams, Groups must register under Club/Team name
• Eligibility: Each team must have a minimum of 10 members
• Score: Top 5 finishers will be scored to determine fastest group

Show off your Run Club, Team's strength and bring home bragging rights!

10K Prize Purse

A Local 10K with a prize purse! The top three male and female finishers will walk away with cash:

• 1st Place: $325.00
• 2nd Place: $125.00
• 3rd Place: $75.00

Team awards will be given to the top three teams:

• 1st Team Prize: $400.00
• 2nd Team Prize: $225.00
• 3rd Team Prize: $100.00

Bonus: $300.00 to the team or club with the most 10K registrations.

Timing Information

This event uses RFID timing provided by Performance Race Services. To ensure your time is recorded accurately, please make sure your race bib meets the following guidelines:

• Visibility: Worn clearly on the front of your torso
• Bib Condition: Not folded, wrinkled, or altered
• Secured: With pins at all four corners
• Full Visibility: Not covered by jackets or other gear

Live results will be available within minutes after you finish.

• 8:20 AM: 10K Warm-Up
• 8:30 AM: 10K Start - Wave A (Run clubs and sub-45:00 min runners)
• 8:35 AM: 10K Start Wave B

Individual Awards:

• Top 3 Overall Male & Female Finishers
• Masters (40+) First Male & Female Finishers
• Top 3 Male & Female Finishers in the age groups: 18 and under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60-69

RAFFLES

Atlanta Braves vs New York Mets Baseball Game:

• Two tickets in Section 211 Row 5 8/10 - 2 Winners
• Two Tickets in Section 323 Row 7 8/10 - 1 Winner
• Two tickets in Section 211 Row 4 8/11 - 2 Winners

Raffle winners will be announced during the awards ceremony. Winners must be present to claim their prize.

Race Swag & Registration Details

To guarantee a race t-shirt, participants must register and select their shirt size by July 9th.
