📅 Race Details

In-Person: 12/13/2025 at Monocacy Village Park Time: 9:00am
Virtual Race: Run Anywhere Between 12/12-14/2025, Time: Friday 8am - Sunday 5pm
Packet Pick Up: Available on race day from 7:00am until 9:00am
Children: Riding in strollers do not have to be registered in the race.

📝 Before Race Day

Packet Pick Up (In-Person and Virtual Races)

Thursday 12/11/2025: 9am - 8pm (Downtown YMCA, 1000 North Market St., Frederick, MD 21701)
Friday 12/12/25: 9am - 8pm (Downtown YMCA)
Saturday (Race Day): 7am - 9am (At The Pavilion)
Recommendation: Pick up your shirt and bib on Thursday or Friday to avoid crowds on race day.

🚦 Race Start Times

Virtual Runners: May run starting Friday, December 12 at 8:00 am to Sunday, December 14 at 5:00pm
In-Person Runners: 9:00am for One Mile Elf Run, approximately 9:20am for 5K and 10K starts.
Race Completion: All race walkers are asked to complete the race by 11:00am.
Tips: Ensure bib is pinned properly to work effectively.

🏆 Awards

Overall male and female winners for the 5K and 10K runs will be announced after live results at the pavilion area.

🏞️ Race Courses

The 5K Race: Starting at Monocacy Park to Shifferstadt Blvd., 2 U-turns on Shifferstadt Blvd., returning to the park.
The 10K Race: 2 laps of the 5K course.
The One Mile: An out and back route from the park to the first neighborhood on Mohican Drive.

Water station will be located at the U-Turn on Shifferstadt Blvd in front of Thomas Johnson Middle School.

🚗 Parking

YMCA parking lot: A short walk across East Street to the park.
Delaware Road: Do not park in residential areas behind the Monocacy Village shopping center.
Location: Park safely and respectfully to avoid penalties.
Closure: Monocacy Village Park parking lot will be closed to participants and guests.

👕 Race Shirt

Shirt sizes are available for ages 5 and up! Guaranteed if registered by October 31, 2025.
