• In-Person: 12/13/2025 at Monocacy Village Park, Time: 9:00am
• Virtual Race: Run Anywhere Between 12/12-14/2025, Time: Friday 8am to Sunday 5pm

🏃‍♂️ Race Day Information

• Registration: Starts at 7:00am until 9:00am. Please go to table with REGISTRATION SIGNS.
• Packet Pick Up: For Saturday - At the Pavilion. Please follow signs.
• Pets: Dogs are allowed on the course but must be leashed and have proper vaccinations.
• Strollers: Children riding in strollers do not have to be registered in the race.

📦 Before Race Day

Packet Pick Up

Pick-up times:

• Thursday 12/11/2025: 9am - 8pm (Downtown YMCA, 1000 North Market St. Frederick, MD 21701)
• Friday 12/12/2025: 9am - 8pm (same location)
• Saturday (Race Day): 7am - 9am (At The Pavilion)

We highly recommend picking up your shirt and bib on Thursday or Friday to avoid crowding on race day.

Additional Information

• Packet Pickup: You may pick up someone else’s packet.
• Mailing Packets: There is a $15.00 fee for mailing if you live more than 50 miles from Frederick, MD.
• Post-Race Pickup: Packets not picked up on race day can be collected at the Downtown YMCA for one week after the race.
• Shipping: If you paid for shipping, packets will be mailed after the race.

⏰ Race Start Times

Virtual runners: May run their race starting Friday, December 12 at 8:00 am to Sunday, December 14 at 5:00pm.

In-Person runners: 9:00am One Mile Elf Run Starts: Approximately 9:20am 5k and 10k Run starts. All race walkers must complete the race by 11:00am.

🏆 Awards

Overall male and female winners for the 5K and 10K run will be announced after live results at the pavilion area. First-place winners by age group will also be recognized.

🏞️ Race Courses

The 5K and 10K courses will take place at Monocacy Park, while the One Mile course will be an out-and-back route.

🚗 Parking

Parking options include:

• YMCA parking lot (short walk to the park)
• Delaware Road (do not park in residential areas)
• Monocacy Village shopping center (do not park in front of retail stores)
• Local road parallel to East Street and railroad tracks

👕 Race Shirt & Bib Information

Shirt sizes are available for ages 5 and up! Shirt size will be guaranteed if registered by October 31, 2025. After this date, sizes are not guaranteed.

Ages 1-4 will receive a race gift instead of a shirt.

Bibs: Remember to fasten all four corners of your bib properly.

Instructions for using the RaceJoy App:

• Download RaceJoy from the App Store or Google Play.
• Find your race: Click Featured Races or search by name.
• Set Up Tracking and ensure proper settings.
• On race day, click TRACK ME and START MY RACE.

🎖️ Finisher Medals

All participants will receive a medal that doubles as a holiday ornament!

Awards will be given for overall winners and first-place winners in age categories. Results will be available at www.racinemultisports.com/results.
