We are thrilled for the return of the Groundhog Run this winter! Please join us February 1, 2026, for the 44th annual Groundhog Run, benefiting children with disabilities receiving services at Ability KC. This unique event gives athletes of all abilities the opportunity to participate in the 5K, 10K, and Tunnel-to-Tunnel (5K + 10k) experiences.

• Course: USATF Certified 5K and 10K
• Temperature: Consistent 65 to 68 degrees
