2025 PeDRA Dash for Discovery

🏃‍♂️ Race Start Details

The In-Person Dash for Discovery will begin at 6:30AM on Saturday, October 11. Please meet in the Denmark Commons (3rd Floor Foyer) of the Royal Sonesta Minneapolis for a group photo before heading out. Get ready to join the excitement of the 5th Annual PeDRA Dash for Discovery!

• Participants: Whether you’re a seasoned runner, leisurely walker, or yoga enthusiast, this annual hybrid event is the perfect way to support PeDRA’s mission to create, inspire, and sustain research to prevent, treat, and cure childhood skin disease.
• Event Dates: From Saturday, October 4, to Saturday, October 11, 2025, dash anywhere, anytime, and be part of something extraordinary.
• Yoga and Running: Attending the 2025 PeDRA Annual Conference in Minneapolis? The Dash runs alongside the Conference, so you can join your friends and colleagues for a rejuvenating yoga session or hit the streets of Minneapolis together in a spirited dash.
• Purpose: The PeDRA Dash isn’t just about crossing the finish line: it’s about making a difference. By participating, you’re fueling groundbreaking research to prevent, treat, and cure childhood skin diseases.

Race t-shirts will be given to the first 100 registrants. In-person participants will receive their t-shirts upon check-in. Virtual participants located in North America will receive shirts in the mail. Virtual participants outside of North America are ineligible to receive a shirt. Requested t-shirt sizes are not guaranteed, and will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

🗓️ Event Options, Locations, and Dates

• In-Person Events: In-person runners, walkers, and yoga enthusiasts will join fellow Conference attendees in the morning on Saturday, October 11, 2025 at the Royal Sonesta Minneapolis Downtown hotel. In-person participants may sign up for the following events:
  • 5K Fun Run/Walk
  • 1 Mile Run/Walk
  • Flow into Yoga
• Virtual Events: Virtual runners and walkers can complete their races anywhere, anytime between Saturday, October 4 to Saturday, October 11, 2025. Virtual participants may sign up for the following events:
  • 5K Fun Run/Walk
  • 1 Mile Run/Walk

💰 Fundraising Opportunity

Help us reach our goal! Dash participants have the opportunity to use the 2025 Dash to raise funds in support of pediatric dermatology research. Form a team or raise funds on your own. Those who raise $250 will receive a pair of PeDRA Dash for Discovery Athletic Socks!
