Join the Fleet Feet Carrboro & Durham's Summer 2026 Trail Running Program - Into The Woods! Whether you are a seasoned trail runner looking for a new challenge or have never set foot on a trail, join us for 8 weeks of exploring some of our favorite local running trails. For our summer season, we'll be focusing on Trail Training Techniques as well as building our endurance. This group will meet once a week on Sunday mornings at 8 am at different trail heads to prepare for the Common Rush Trail Runs on July 18th and a day-long field trip run to Stone Mountain State Park!
Program Details
- Information Session: TBD
- Program Starts: June 7, Carolina North Forest
- Program Ends: July 26, 2026 with our day-long field trip run!
- Trail Locations: Carolina North Forest, Eno River State Park, Umstead State Park, Wilson Park, Briar Chapel, and more.
Training Schedule
- Weekly Runs: Sundays at 8 am at various trails around the triangle.
- Experience Levels: Options for beginners and more seasoned trail runners, as well as a hiking group.
- Customization: Training plans to accommodate any race distance you're interested in.
