Cinco de Mayo is one of the most celebrated and festive days of the year in South Florida. LIME Fresh Mexican Grill will roll out the red carpet for you, as we provide a Cinco de Mayo experience like no other. Join us on Saturday May 2, 2026 for the Cinco de Mayo 5K, which will be held at LIME Pembroke Gardens. LIME is proud to host the Cinco K benefiting 4KIDS, to provide hope, homes, and healing to kids in crisis.

• April 30, 2026: Pre Race Packet Pickup at LIME Fresh Mexican Grill - Plantation, 4:00pm - 7:00pm
• May 2, 2026: Event Day at LIME Pembroke Gardens

  • 6:15am – Registration and Pickup open
  • 6:45am – Cinco de Mayo music begins
  • 7:10am - 5K Warmup
  • 7:25am – Announcements and National Anthems (USA & Mexico)
  • 7:30am – Start Cinco K
  • 8:00am – LIME Food and drinks open for all participants (Beer and famous LIME Margaritas)
  • 8:45am – Cinco K awards ceremony
  • 9:00am - Games and activities
