• Program Overview: Listen to Lead is a dynamic youth leadership Scouting America program (of the Suffolk County Council) with the purpose of connecting passionate, forward-thinking individuals under 30 with professionals from leading organizations to tackle today's most pressing challenges.
• Empowerment: Our program empowers young people to become the changemakers our world needs by giving them a platform to raise their voices and drive impact through events, fundraisers, and conferences focused on critical societal issues.
• Collaborative Projects: Through collaborative projects with seasoned experts, youth leaders develop innovative strategies to address environmental sustainability, mental health, diversity and inclusion, and the complexities of our digital era.
• Community Development: At its core, Listen to Lead fosters a community where young leaders grow through mentorship, skill-building, and real-world experience—ultimately equipping them to lead with purpose and vision.
