🏃♀️ Ridgefield Independence 5K/10K – New Date!
This year, the Ridgefield Independence 5K/10K is moving to Saturday July 5th for a safer and more enjoyable experience. With our city's growth and over 10,000 parade spectators, downtown has become too busy to host the race on the 4th.
🌳 Join Us for a Scenic Experience
- Challenging Course: Join us on Saturday for the same challenging yet scenic course through Ridgefield’s beautiful countryside, passing the Wildlife Refuge.
- Post-Race Activities: After the race, stick around to explore the Ridgefield Farmers Market and a classic car cruise-in.
- Summer Celebration: It’s a perfect way to celebrate summer in Ridgefield!
- Awards: Awards 3 deep in 5 year age divisions.
📅 Important Registration Information
- T-Shirt sizes: T-Shirt size not guaranteed for day of race registrants.
- Price Increase: Price increases after May 31st.
- Day of Race Fee: $5.00 fee increase on day of race.
⏰ Event Details and Schedule
- 7:30 am: Registration and Packet Pick up.
- 8:45 am: Kids Dash.
- 9:00 am: 5k/10k Start.
- Awards: There will be an awards table for age group top 3 winners.
