💖 About The Moms Rock Race
Moms Rock is a Mother's Day tradition in Westlake, Ohio, including a 3 Mile road race, a b.a. Sweetie Dasher Dash (50 Meters), and a unique 3 Miler Division!
- Yearly Theme: This year, we will be introducing yearly race themes to flowers! In 2026, the race will be sun-flowered themed!

📦 Packet Pickup Information
- Early Pickup: Dates & locations listed HERE later in the year!
- For Others: Participants can pick up for others but should have their confirmation email handy just to be safe.
- Race Day Pickup: Available, but plan to arrive early, as lines may be long!
- Group Pickup: Email roadracing@hermescleveland.com to pre-pack for groups of 5 or more.
📍 Race Day Logistics
- Parking: Available in Crocker Park: neighboring parking garages are free.
- Event Schedule:

- 3 Mile - 9:00 AM
- Registration Time: Race day registration/packet pickup begins at 8:00 AM.
⏱️ Timing, Results & Awards
- Timing System: The race is officially timed using a disposable Bib tag timing system with state-of-the-art Mylaps timing mats.
- Bibs: All registered participants will receive a race bib number with a timing tag stuck to the back: do not alter the bib.
- Live Results: Results are posted LIVE on the Moms Rock website with scannable QR codes for quick access.
- Awards: Special holiday awards for Top 3 overall male & female finishers in the 3 Miler & Stroller Division.
🔄 Refunds & Transfers
- No Refunds: All entries are non-refundable & non-transferable to future races.
- Transfer Process: Log into RunSignUp and choose "Gift Transfer".
- Packet Pickup: If you can’t attend, you can pick up your T-shirt and packet at our office the following week.
🌼 Miscellaneous
- Volunteering: Volunteer opportunities will be listed HERE after registration opens, and a race shirt is provided!
- Weather: Ohio weather is unpredictable: see past race conditions.
- Course: No hills – it's flat & fast, perfect for a 5K PR!
- Pet Friendly: Dogs and strollers are welcome, but safety is a priority.
