💖 About The Moms Rock Race

Moms Rock is a Mother's Day tradition in Westlake, Ohio, including a 3 Mile road race, a b.a. Sweetie Dasher Dash (50 Meters), and a unique 3 Miler Division!

This year, we will be introducing yearly race themes to flowers! In 2026, the race will be sun-flowered themed!

📦 Packet Pickup Information

• Early Pickup: Dates & locations listed HERE later in the year!
• Pickup for Others: Participants can pick up for others with confirmation email.
• Group Pickup: For 5 or more, email roadracing@hermescleveland.com for pre-pack.
• Race Day Pickup: Available, but arrive early as lines may be long!

📍 Race Day Logistics

• Parking: Available in Crocker Park: most neighboring garages are free.
• Race Address: CrockerBark (Address).
• Event Start Times: Kids Dash – 8:45 AM, 3 Mile - 9:00 AM, Race Day Registration - 8:00 AM.

🏃‍♂️ Timing, Results & Awards

• Timing: Officially timed using a disposable Bib tag timing system.
• Bibs and Timing Tags: Must be visible on the front outermost layer of clothing.
• Results: Posted LIVE on the Moms Rock website with scannable QR codes.
• Awards: Holiday awards for Top 3 overall male & female finishers in the 3 Miler.

💵 Refunds & Transfers

• No Refunds: All entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Transfer Process: Log into RunSignUp for a "Gift Transfer".
• T-shirt Pickup: Available the following week or at packet pickup.

🌼 Miscellaneous

• Volunteering: Opportunities will be listed HERE after registration opens.
• Walking: Welcome but must line up at the back of the race start line.
• Weather: Ohio weather is unpredictable: come prepared!
• Course: Flat & fast – perfect for a 5K PR!
