Clock out and cool down at the September Rahr Oktoberfest 5K Social Run/Walk – Happy LaBeer Day! This Labor Day-inspired celebration serves up refreshing brews, fun miles, and a well-earned toast to the hardworking spirit that keeps us moving. Whether you’re sprinting toward the beer garden or strolling your way to that first frosty pour with the pace crew, this social run/walk is all about good company, great beer, and celebrating the unofficial end of summer in true Oktoberfest style. Gather your crew and join us for a morning filled with movement, festive vibes, phenomenal Taco Dude breakfast tacos, and plenty of post-run cheers. It’s your monthly training run for the big Oktoberfest 5K — because around here, hard work deserves a cold beer, and every finish line feels like a holiday weekend! But wait there's more! This is also an early packet pick up for the Rahr Oktoberfest 5K too!

🍻 Social Run Includes

• Distance: 3ish mile run/walk (untimed), led by our world-famous BEER PACERS.
• Beers: Two (2) Rahr Brewing Company draft beers (must be 21+).
• Bonus: Pint glass included.
• Food: Breakfast tacos courtesy of That Taco Dude!

⏰ Social Run Schedule

• 8:00 AM: Check in opens for the social run/walk.
• 8:30 AM: “Group” Start (run with the group and awesome beer pacers!).
• 9:30 AM: That Taco Dude starts slinging those hot and fresh breakfast tacos.
• 10:00 AM: Packet pick up opens for the Rahr Oktoberfest 5K.
• 10:30 AM: Each month we’ll have games and/or a raffle with a chance to score some fun stuff, must be present to play and/or win.
• 11:00 AM: Last call.
• 11:30 AM: Social run/walk ends.
• 1:00 PM: Packet pick up closes for the Rahr Oktoberfest 5K.

📋 Social Run/Walk Notes & Tips

• Inclusion: All levels and paces are welcome. This event is untimed & always an awesome time!
• Weather: We are always rain or shine!
• Pets: Dogs are allowed on the patio at the Flying Saucer. Dogs must have tags, be on a leash and are only allowed in outside, in communal areas.
• Policy: No refunds or transfers, once you are registered, you are registered!
• ID Reminder: Bring your ID!
• Families: Kids in strollers are always welcome and are always free.
