🏃♂️ Youth TNT Program
The FCRC is offering a 6-week youth running program at the track! This is open to kids ages 8-14. The free program will run on Tuesday evenings before Tuesday Night Track (TNT) from June 3-July 8.
📅 Schedule
- 5:10pm - 5:25pm: Check-in and warmup as group
- 5:25pm - 5:35pm: Core/Stretching and brief running insight of the week (sleep, activity, fueling, peers, etc)
- 5:35pm - 5:55pm: TNT-style interval session
- 5:55pm - 6:00pm: Cool down and flow into traditional TNT
🏫 Location
This will generally take place at Fort Collins High School, but you will be updated if the location changes.
