Please join us for our 3rd Annual Move for Mental Health, 5k Run/Walk + 1 Mile Walk at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo on Sunday, September 7, 2025. Our goal is to prevent teen suicide one step at a time! Enjoy the run or walk, snacks + goodies, music by the Deejay JT | Cleveland and Northeast Ohio DJ, wellness + health fair, family fun activities, giveaways + more!

ℹ️ About Us

LifeAct’s mission is to prevent suicide by educating young people to recognize the warning signs of suicide and to seek professional help for themselves and others.

⏰ Start Time

• 7:30 A.M: Registration & Packet Pick-Up
• 8:30 A.M: 5K Run/Walk
• 8:45 A.M: 1 Mile Walk
• 9:30 A.M: Awards Ceremony

📏 Distances

• 5K: Run/Walk
• 1 Mile: Walk

🕒 Timing

• 5K: Chip Timed
• 1 Mile: Untimed

📝 Registration

Pre-Registration

• $30: 5K Run and 1 Mile walk until 11:59 PM on Thursday, August 7
• $30: August 9th to August 16th
• $35: August 17th to September 7th
• $40: Race Day

All mailed entries must be received by Wednesday, September 3, 2025. Make checks payable to Hermes Sports & Events and mail entries to:

Strollers are allowed but no dogs are permitted in the zoo.
