Five Star Thanksgiving Turkey Trot 5K, 10K, 15K &Half Marathon

🦃 Entry Fee & Registration

• Free Entry: If you crossed under our Finish Line with us between Dec 2024 & November 13, 2025, you earned yourself a FREE Turkey Trot entry! Shirts & Finisher Medals are available for purchase. All participants qualify for Overall/Age Group awards! Running the Turkey Trot in 2024 does not qualify. Please register for just (1) Turkey Trot event.
• Duplicate Registrations: Duplicate registrations will be removed. If you need to make changes, please email Nancy@fivestarntp.com.
• Race Start Time: All races start at 8:00 AM.
• Registration Fee: If you haven't, join us for just $21($25 on Race Day), with shirt options & finisher medal available for purchase! All participants qualify for Overall/Age Group awards!

📅 Event Schedule

• November 17: Last day to order shirts.
• November 25: Early Packet Pickup.
• November 26: Early Packet Pickup.
• November 27:
  • 6:30 AM - Race Day Check In Opens--race day check-in is located in the parking lot at 3890 Johns Creek Pkwy, Suwanee, GA 30024.
  • 8:00 AM - All Races Start.

🎟 Bib Mailing

• Bib Mail Out: For $7.00 (Non-refundable) you can have your bib mailed straight to your front door. We'll be sending them out the first two Mondays in November.
• Race Day Pickup: We strongly recommend coming to an early packet pickup to save time on race morning.
• Packet Pickup Time: Packet pickup will open at 6:30 AM on race morning.

🏁 Course & Timing

• Course Details: It's a great course: fairly flat, but it's North Georgia, so NOTHING is completely flat. It's a 5K loop!
• Timing: Event will be electronically timed.

• Water Stations: We will have water stations approximately every 1.5 miles.

🏆 Awards & Goodies

• Finisher Medals: Yes...we'll have finisher medals and you'll be able to get one for just $10 on Raceday!
• Awards Ceremony: We'll have awards for the Top 3 finishers M/F, and the Top 3 Masters Finishers M/F, Top 3 Senior Masters, and Top 3 Grand Masters.
• Age Group Awards: We will have awards to the top 3 in each of the normal 5 year age groups (10 & under - 75+).
• Merchandise: Long Sleeves for $22, Hoodies for $27, Finisher medals on Raceday: $10, PVC finisher medals on Raceday: $5.

👥 Groups & Teams

• Team Spirit: Grab your buddies, co-workers, family, or club members, and put a team together to come out, dress up and have a good time!

🏃‍♂️ VIRTUAL RUNNING - HOW IT WORKS

• Virtual Participation: Can't make it out to the event site on race day? Still want to participate or support the cause? Sign up for the virtual race.
• Submit Time: Submit your time by end of Race Day. We'll ship out virtual packages the Monday after event date!
• Steps to Participate:
  • Step 1: Get excited, grab some friends and register for the Virtual Turkey Trot.
  • Step 2: Download your Custom Digital Bib!
  • Step 3: Get out there and run or walk anywhere you want!
  • Step 4: HAVE FUN!
  • Step 5: Submit your results on RunSignUp.com.

🏅 Five Star Championships

• Championship Eligibility: This is one of the last chances to earn a spot in the 5K/10K championships!

📝 Event Courtesy Policy & Refund Policy

• Conduct Policy: Any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct will be asked to leave the venue.
• No Refunds: All registrations are final. There are no refunds, deferments, or transfers.
• Weather Policy: Event will take place rain or shine. There are no refunds for weather cancellations.
• COVID-19 Policy: No COVID-19 Refunds. If unforeseen circumstances arise, the event will go 100% Virtual.

📦 Packet Pickup

• Race Morning Pickup: We always do packet pickup on race morning starting one hour prior to the start of the race.
