Have you ever experienced the runner’s high that comes with conquering a race? There’s nothing quite like it.

🌟 Program Overview

Whether it’s your first ever 5k or your first in a long time, Fleet Feet Northern New Jersey has a training program made for all levels that will get you to the finish line of one of the most exciting 5ks in Cranford: Cupcake 5k.

🏞️ Training Duration and Details

Join us for an 8 week training program beginning June 30th, 2025. This program offers:

• Workouts: A balance of run/walk workouts, cross training and rest days to gradually increase your fitness.
• Support: Your coaches and fellow training group members will provide the guidance and motivation you need to stay on track.
• Final Event: The program culminates with running the Cupcake 5K taking place on Sunday, August 24th, 2025.

🎉 What's Included

• Training: An 8 week training program with certified RRCA &: USATF coaches.
• Runs: Two in-person runs per week: Thursday 6:30pm &: Saturdays at 8:30am.
• Fit Night: 10% off discount on Thursday 19th June 5pm-6pm.
• Vendor Nights: Collaborations with NB and On.

🍰 Post-Race Indulgence

Post race, indulge in an assortment of delicious cupcakes, including:

• Regular Cupcakes
• Vegan Cupcakes
• Gluten-Free Cupcakes

💖 Charity Beneficiary

Proceeds from the race will support Metavivor Breast Cancer Research, funding vital research and providing support for those affected by Stage 4 cancer.

👥 About Live Run Give LLC

Founded in 2019, Live Run Give brings together families and friends for fitness, fun, and food, while giving back to the community. Each year, we select 2-3 nonprofit organizations to benefit from our events, with a special focus on supporting breast cancer research.
