This is more than just a 5K run/walk—it’s a celebration of inclusion, accessibility, and community. Whether you walk, roll, run, or stroll, everyone is welcome! Our scenic and accessible course along beautiful Lake Birchwood is flat, smooth, and designed with inclusion in mind, ensuring a fantastic experience for people of all abilities—including those using wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, or other devices.

• Supporters: Families, friends, caregivers, service animals (including guide dogs)
• Accessibility: American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters will be available
