Event Overview
- Location: Bob Sosnik Track at Hanes Park in Winston-Salem.
- Start Time: All meets begin at 6:00 PM.
- Cost: There is no entry fee.
- Events: Participants can run as many events as they like.
Who Can Participate
- All Abilities: Events are open to runners of all abilities and ages.
- Socializing: Spectators are welcome to come and socialize.
- Volunteering: Help with finish line timing and race officiating.
- Timing: A digital clock will be set up, but no official timekeeping or records will be kept.
Event Schedule
Time - Event
- 6:00pm: Mile
- 6:25pm: 400 meters
- 6:35pm: 800 meters
- 6:50pm: 100 meters
- 7:15pm: 2 mile XC
Note: Except for the 6:00 PM start time, the above event times are approximate.
Important Information
- Track Running: Enjoy the change of pace of track running.
- Open to All: This event is not just for TCTC members: anyone is welcome to participate.
- Shoe Policy: Only running shoes and 1/4 inch spikes are allowed.
