• Race Type: 5K for runners, ruckers, and walkers of all ages
• Purpose: To honor the heroes of 9/11 and those who have served our nation since

• Empower: Local veterans, active duty members, first responders, and families of the fallen

🎒 Rucking Participation

• Partnership: TMF is proud to partner with GORUCK
• Rucking Divisions: Available at every run
• What is Rucking? A sport based on special forces training where participants walk or run while carrying weighted rucksacks
• Exclusive Patch: All participants registered for the GORUCK division will earn this year’s exclusive TMF GORUCK patch
