• Distance: 14th Annual Spend Yourself® 5K Run/3K
• Virtual Participation: Sign up to run or walk virtually from wherever you are!

💰 Registration Information

• Early Registration: Kicks off June 1st thru September 1st - $35.00 Individual, $130.00 Family
• Regular Rate: Begins September 2nd thru November 6th - $40.00 Individual, $140.00 Family
• Online Registration: Ends 11/7 at midnight
• Race Day Registration: Not available due to capacity for the trail being reached

Please consider donating and asking friends, family and co-workers to give on your behalf. The registration fee covers costs such as t-shirts, giveaways, and advertising, but donations are what allows us to continue God's work in Northern Virginia, and the villages in Muchila, Zambia.
