🌅 Race Overview

• Event Description: Please join us for the Lake Como Day 5k along the local streets and around the beautiful Lake Como while helping to celebrate the charming community renowned for its scenic beauty and rich history.
• Anniversary: Lake Como is celebrating its 101st anniversary as its own municipality to honor its past and to look forward to its future.
• History: Lake Como, known as South Belmar for the majority of its history, officially changed its name in January of 2005 that marked a new chapter in the area's rich history.
• Beneficiary: Proceeds to benefit Lake Como Youth Recreation Programs & Youth Facilities.

📝 Registration

• Early Bird: $30 Online Early Bird Registration through 7/31 (JSRC Members 10% discount through July 31)
• Pre-Registration: $35 Online Pre-Registration (8/1 through 9/18)
• Race Day: $40 Race Day - In-Person Only

📅 Event Day Information

• Location: Joe's Surf Shack, 415 18th Ave., Lake Como, NJ
• Registration: 7:30 AM - 8:45 AM - Late Registration, T-shirt & Bib pick up
• Race Start: 9:00 AM - 5k Run
• Award Ceremony: 10:00 AM

🏆 Awards

• Ceremony Location: Joe's Surf Shack at approx. 10:00 AM on race day – No mailings
• Overall Awards: Top 3 Male/Female
• Resident Awards: Lake Como Full Time Resident – Top Male/Female
• Age Group Awards: Top 3 Male/Female across specified age groups.

Please consider making a donation during registration to support the Lake Como Youth Recreation Programs & Youth Facilities.
The Lake Como Youth Recreation Program provides youngsters with the opportunity to spend time with their friends while participating in free play and organized games in a structured, safe, and chaperoned environment.
