Shore AC Adult Cross Country Series

For 6 weeks, Shore A.C. hosts a 5K cross country race at a different county park. Course maps will be available shortly.

• Oct. 4: Week 1 - Big Brook Park
• Oct. 11: Week 2 - Wolf Hill Recreation Area
• Oct. 18: Week 3 - Holmdel Park
• Oct. 25: Week 4 - Huber Woods Park
• Nov. 1: Week 5 - Tatum Park
• Nov. 8: Week 6 - Thompson Park

🏆 AWARDS

• Team Trophy: Custom 2025 team trophy to the top men's, women's, and overall teams.
• Raffle Prizes: Random raffle prizes each week.
• Special Awards: Award to overall male and female winner and winners of each 10-year age group.
• Individual Awards: Custom awards to the 1st male and female in open, 40's, 50's, 60's, and 70's categories based on best 4 finishes.

🕘 SCHEDULE

Every Saturday morning at 9:00 AM rain or shine, we will offer a 5K XC race! All ages (16+) and abilities are welcome! Join a team, create a team, or run as an individual through the trails of Monmouth County’s most beautiful and challenging parks.

🤝 TEAM FORMATION

We encourage running clubs, businesses, groups, friends, and family members to create a team and join us. You only need 3 female and/or 3 male members per race to score. Awards will be presented after the last race of the series.

💻 REGISTRATION & FEES

• Pre-registration Required: All registration will go through RunSignUp.
• Race Day Registration: Limited race day registration MAY be available if space allows.
• Fee: $50 for the series or $10 per race.

🎖️ RULES & SCORING

• Team Scoring: Best 4 weeks. Each team needs 3 male and 3 female finishers to score as a team.
• Traditional XC Scoring: Point deductions for master age group finishers.
• Results Publication: Please allow 24-48 hours for results to be published.
• Age Graded Performance: Unique age graded performance information available for those 35 and older.
