Rachel & Friends 5k

🏃‍♀️ Race Overview

Rachel & Friends is a non-profit organization that works with adults with developmental disabilities. In addition to day programming, we work with individuals in the community that also have developmental challenges. The purpose of this race is to empower the community to see the amazing individuals around us with Down Syndrome, Autism or other challenges and embrace the beauty in all of us. The event offers two race distances, 5k or 1 mile. Choose whatever is best for you!

📅 Registration Information

• Deadline: The online registration deadline to receive a shirt at the 5k is October 5, 2025.
• Post-Deadline Registration: Those who register online, or in person, after this deadline, may not receive a shirt at the 5k.
• In-Person Registration: Available on the day of the event at 8:00am.

📦 Packet Pick-Up

Packet Pick up will occur on October 17, 2025 from 3p-7p at 1700 Lyons Road, Suite A2—A New You Total Wellness.

🏆 Awards

• Overall Awards: A $100 gift card will be handed out to the overall male and female runners.
• 1st Place Male: $100 Gift Card
• 1st Place Female: $100 Gift Card
• Age Category Awards: Awards for the Top Male/Female per age group (0-11, 12-18, 19-39, 40-59, 60 and up).
