Rocket Run 5K

🚀 Event Overview

Join us for the second annual Rocket Run 5K!

The race kicks off at the high school, winds through scenic back roads, and finishes back at the school.

👦 Rocket Dash for Kids

NEW this year - Rocket Dash Run for ages 12 and under! The race will start at 8:00 a.m. and will be a lap around the football field beginning and ending at the 50 yard line! This is a FREE event. No registration required.

Registration is required for those 12 and under that want to run or walk the 5K.

All Ages and All Abilities are welcome.

📅 Race Day Schedule

• Registration: Starts at 6:30 a.m. at Conotton Valley HS
• 5K Run/Walk: Starts at 8:15 a.m.
• Awards: At the conclusion of the 5K race
• Chip Timing: Provided by Run to You Racing

🏅 Awards & Recognition

All Rocket Dash Run participants (age 12 and under) will receive a medal

5K Awards: Top 3 male & female overall, top 3 male and female in each age group - 13 & under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+

🕗 Event Timeline

• 08:00 AM: Kids Rocket Dash Start
• 08:12 AM: National Anthem
• 08:15 AM: 5K Run/Walk Start
• 09:15 AM: Awards Ceremony

🔒 Registration Deadline

Deadline to register and receive a shirt is May 29th.
