🏃♂️ Race Overview
- Event: Vikings on the Run 5k is a community fundraising event hosted by the Lakewood High School Student Council.
- Purpose: The goal is to create an event that draws in families from the community and helps support projects and activities as a Student Council.
- Funding: The money raised from the 5K will be used to help fund future events such as pep assemblies, homecoming events, host blood drives, teacher appreciation, student recognition, and many other events that help promote school pride!
- Note: This is a fun run for all ages and it is not an official timed event.
👕 T-Shirt Information
- Inclusion: T-shirts are included with the registration fee.
- Order Deadline: T-shirts must be ordered by August 1, 2025 to guarantee your shirt on race day.
- Availability: T-shirts are not available past August 1st, but you can still register to run.

📅 Date and Time
- Date: Saturday, August 16, 2025
- Check-In: Check-in begins at 8:30am.
- Start Time: The run begins at 9:30am.
- Completion: All participants must be done by 11:30am.

- Venue: Check in and the start and finish line will be at the Lakewood High School Unity Football Field and Track.
