Fill the Food Banks 5K!

Location: Cleveland Town Park - 300 Clement Street, Cleveland, NC 27013

Proceeds

• Beneficiaries: All proceeds from the Fill the Food Banks 5K will support the South River Church Food Pantry, Rowan Helping Ministries, West Food Bank, and Cornerstone's Food Pantry.

Date and Registration

• Date: Saturday, November 1, 2025
• Registration: Race Day Registration & Check-In from 9:00 – 9:45 a.m at Cleveland Town Park.
• Fees: 5K race-day registration is $35 / Fun Run is $10

Race Schedule

• 5K Run/Walk: 10:00 a.m.
• Fun Run (12 & under): 10:45 a.m.
• Course: The race starts and ends at Cleveland Town Park, utilizing downtown Cleveland, including the historic Main Street area. The course is flat and fast!

Awards

• 5K Awards: Top three overall male and female winners will receive a prize and a medal. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age group male and female will receive a medal.
• Cash Prizes: 1st place male overall - medal plus $50 cash and $50 gift card: 1st place female overall - medal plus $50 cash and $50 gift card: 2nd place male overall - medal and $50 cash: 2nd place female overall - medal and $50 cash: 3rd place male overall - medal and $25 cash: 3rd place female overall - medal and $25 cash.
• Age Groups: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-59, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70 & Over

Fun Run Awards

• Top Awards: Top three overall 12 & under.
• Presentation: Awards will be presented race day immediately after the 5K. No awards will be mailed.
• Eligibility: Participants must complete the race to receive an award.

Shirts

• T-Shirts: Short-sleeve T-shirts for preregistered runners.
• Guarantee: T-Shirts are guaranteed to those who register by September 25, 2025.
• Availability: Available to others on race day as supplies last.
