Start the 4th of July off on the right foot and join the gang at Central Maine's most popular race!

🏆 Awards

• Men & Women: 1st place awards for various age groups
• Certificates: Presented to all participants 10 years of age & under
• Prizes: Trophies, awards, and raffle at the end of the race for all registered participants
• Food: Individually packaged food and water provided

📅 Registration & Payment

• Deadline: June 27, 2024, for a guaranteed race T-shirt and goodie bag
• Online Registration: Open until July 2, 2024, at 12:00 pm EST
• Race Day Registration: Begins at 7:00 am and ends at 7:45 am with a $40 entry fee
• T-shirt & Goodie Bag: Not guaranteed for last-minute registrations

Interested in helping out your "Friends" even more? Fundraiser as an individual or as a team to raise additional funds to help keep our local waters as clean as possible. Prizes will be awarded to the top individual and the top team fundraisers.
