Join Us for the Harrisburg Heroes Run on October 19, 2025 at CITY ISLAND! Proceeds support free wills and estate documents for veterans, first responders, and their families.

- Registration & Check-in: 9:00 AM
- Gun time for 5K: 10:00 AM
- FREE 1 mile "Legacy Loop": 11:00 AM
- Color Dash: optional area for race finishers between 10:15-11:40 as supplies last!

Around City Island, across Market Street Bridge, onto Riverfront Park, turn around. See photo in "photos" link at the bottom. 5K registration gets you a FREE RED t-shirt, but if you want a different color or more t-shirts, check out our store: https://harrisburg-heroes-run.itemorder.com/shop/home/

- Fun Run: T-shirts are not free for this run, but you can order one for just $16!
- Colors to Wear: Show your gratitude in red, white, and blue!

- FREE Red t-shirt: ONLY for 5K registrants.
- Trophy: FREE trophy for winners of each 5K age group.
- Timing: FREE professional timing for 5K participants by Pretzelcitysports.com
- Bracelets: FREE blue rubber bracelet for the first 100 finishers of the 1 mi fun run/walk.

We're collecting food for the Central PA Food Bank's "Military Share" program for veterans & families: Military Share Food Drive

Proceeds benefit the Dauphin County “Wills for Heroes” events run by Spirit of Service organization and coordinated with the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

City Island is ADA compliant/wheelchair & stroller friendly and fully equipped with restrooms, parking, water golf, mini train rides, a playground, boat rides on a large ferry, and a restaurant that opens at noon (Harrisburg Beach Club).
